- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Called surgery as was suffering from serious flue symptoms and was offered an appointment with a triage nurse at 12.00 am waiting 45 minutes to be called only to find I was greeted by all be it a lovely woman around 30 stone in weight that couldn’t get around or stand without using her Zimmer frame she needed looking after. She diagnosed me wrongly as I went on the Saturday out of hours and they found me to have a serious chest infection the service is non existent we pay into this system and get shit back they treat us only as Numbers and we put our life in the hands of people like this we pay in all our lives and don’t need the services when we are young then they want to throw you in the Rubish dump to get rid of you it’s disgraceful that you have to be seen by someone who is ill and totally incompetent to make decisions which could result in someone’s lifeBy cosimoalemanno, February 03, 2020
